Tuna and Marlin!

Some good catches of tuna in the last few days. One boat landed a 300# Blue while another was spooled by a big Black!

October 16th report

The dorado are showing up. We caught over a dozen on the last two trips. The peanuts are reaching keepable sizes and are loads of fun on light tackle. A good number of sails out there and the marlin are starting to show up. A few tuna have been caught in the 20-30# range. Haven’t heard of too many big marlin lately but they should be showing up soon along with the migrations of striped marlin packs. Lots of great debris around that are loaded with bait and dozens of dorado. The bulls are mainly between 8-20# but there are bigger ones around. Get down here before it’s over. It should be a great Fall run!
